RESERVATIONS:
Reservations can be made through the online booking system on our website.
Requests can also be sent via e-mail. Any possible modifications have to be made by e-mail as well.
You will also receive a written confirmation of your booking.
Phone conversations concerning the availability of a room are for information purposes only and are in no way binding.
VALIDATE A RESERVATION:
Your stay will only be guaranteed after the receipt of a 50% deposit.
For last-minute bookings, made 7 days or less before arrival date, as well as for non-refundable rates, a prepayment of 100% of the amount of your stay will be required.
In this case, for online bookings, a payment of 50% will automatically be requested upon confirming your booking. The remaining 50% will be debited upon reception of the booking by the owner. An updated confirmation will be sent to you.
For online bookings, the deposit is to be paid by credit card upon booking.
For bookings made via email, a bank transfer can be done as well. In that case any additional bank charges are to be paid by the guest.
Only after collection of the deposit your reservation will be firm.
If we do not receive the deposit within 5 calendar days starting from the reservation date, your booking will be cancelled.
By paying a deposit you accept our terms and conditions of sale.
The balance of your reservation is to be paid cash or by Visa or Mastercard on the day of your arrival. Possible extras are payable at the end of your stay. We do not accept cheques.
CANCELLATION:
For cancellations made more than 60 days before the beginning of your stay:
Your deposit will be refunded.
For reimbursements requiring an international (non-SEPA) bank transfer, all bank charges are payable by the guest.
For cancellations made between 60 and 31 days before the planned arrival date:
The deposit will not be refunded, but you will receive a credit voucher for the amount of your deposit, which can be used for another stay in the future.
These vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of cancellation. They are non-refundable.
For cancellations made 30 days or less before the beginning of your stay:
The deposit will not be refunded.
For cancellations made less than 15 days prior to arrival:
The deposit will not be refunded and the owner reserves the right to claim the full amount of your booking.
In the event of a no-show (absence of notice of cancellation and failure to arrive by 7 pm on the planned arrival date):
Your room may be relet and will no longer be available to you.
In case you should shorten your stay:
The total amount of the booking will be charged.
Some special promotions, like Hot Deals and advance purchase rates, require full prepayment for the entire stay at the time of booking. This payment is non-refundable in case of change or cancellation. If relevant, these conditions will be mentioned in the description of the specific promotion.
Gift certificates are also payable upon ordering and non-refundable.
If the owner needs to cancel your booking by force majeure, he will inform you as soon as possible and your deposit will be refunded.
PROMOTIONS, DISCOUNTS AND LAST-MINUTE OFFERS:
Last-minute promotions are unique offers, valid only on the indicated dates. Offers with limited room choice and travel dates will be granted to the person who is the first to book. Only this person will be able to enjoy the special conditions. The date and time of receiving your confirmation mail will be determing for granting the offer.
Our promotions, offers and discounts are not cumulative. The most advantageous formula at the time of booking will be applied.
ERRORS AND CORRECTIONS UPON BOOKING:
Despite our best efforts, errors in rates or calculations might occur due to technological issues or human mistakes, both on our online booking system and bookings via email. In such cases, we reserve the right to correct the reservation and request the necessary balance or reimburse any overpayment.
Solely the rates displayed on our website, specifically on the “Rooms & Rates” and “Special Offers” pages, shall be considered valid and binding.
CHECK-IN TIME:
Check-in is between 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm.
If you should wish to arrive later than 7:00 pm, please let us know in advance.
CHECK-OUT TIME:
Check-out is by 11:00 am.
GENERAL POLICIES:
All of our rooms as well as the common parts of the house are non-smoking. For the guests’ comfort, we also ask you to respect the peace and tranquility on the property. As a client, you agree to respect these policies, to leave the room undamaged at the end of your stay and to report and compensate financially any possible damage to the property you might be responsible for.
PETS:
Pets are not allowed.
In compliance with the law of January 6th 1978, you have the right to access and correct your personal information. Bleu Raisin will not transmit any information you give to other companies or organisations.
