All reservations or their possible modifications have to be made by e-mail, or if not available, by letter. You will also receive a written confirmation. Phone conversations concerning the availability of a room are purely informative.
Validate a reservation :
Your stay will only be guaranteed after the receipt of a 30% deposit, with a minimum of 1 night, to be paid by wire transfer, Visa, Mastercard or Paypal upon booking. In the case of a wire transfer, any additional charges are to be paid by the guest. After collection of the deposit your reservation will be firm. If we do not receive the deposit within 5 calendar days starting from the reservation date, your booking will be cancelled.
By paying a deposit you accept our terms and conditions of sale. The balance of your reservation is to be paid cash or by Visa or Mastercard on the day of your arrival. Possible extras are payable at the end of your stay. We do not accept cheques.
If you cancel more than 60 days before the beginning of your stay, your deposit will be refunded. An administration cost of 10% will be deducted. For reimbursements requiring an international (non-SEPA) bank transfer, all bank charges are payable by the guest. For cancellations made between 60 and 31 days before the planned arrival date, the deposit will not be refunded, but you will receive a credit voucher for the amount of your deposit, which can be used for another stay in the future. For any cancellation made 30 days or less before the beginning of your stay, the deposit will remain in the hands of the owner. In the event of cancellation less than 15 days prior to arrival, the deposit will remain in the hands of the owner, who reserves the right to claim the full amount of your booking.
Some special promotions, like Hot Deals and advance purchase rates, require full prepayment for the entire stay at the time of booking. This payment is non-refundable in case of change or cancellation. If relevant, these conditions will be mentioned in the description of the specific promotion. Gift certificates are also payable upon ordering and non-refundable.
In the absence of notice of cancellation, failure to arrive by 7 pm on the first day of your reservation will mean that your room may be relet and will no longer be available. In case you should shorten your stay, the total amount of the booking will be charged.
If the owner has to cancel your booking by force majeure, he will inform you as soon as possible and your deposit will be refunded. If this cancellation occurs less than 15 days prior to your arrival date, your deposit will be refunded and you will receive an extra compensation equal to the price of a 1-night stay in the type of room you booked.
Time of arrival:
Check-in is between 4 pm and 7 pm. If you should wish to arrive later than 7 pm, please let us know in advance.
Check-out is by 11 am.
All of our rooms as well as the common parts of the house are non-smoking. For the guests’ comfort, we also ask you to respect the quiet and tranquility on the domain. As a client, you agree to respect these policies, to leave the room undamaged at the end of your stay and to report and compensate financially any possible damage to the property you might be responsible for.
Pets are not allowed.
Last-minute offers :
Last-minute actions are unique offers, valid only on the indicated dates. Offers with limited room choice and travel dates will be granted to the person who is the first to reserve. Only this person will be able to enjoy the special conditions. The date and time of receiving your mail will be determing for granting the offer.
